How long will it take for my Smart Toys to arrive? We offer three shipping tiers to ensure your child's next adventure arrives right on time:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For when genius just can't wait.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and ready for deployment within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our command center.

Do you ship nationwide? Yes, we ship to all 50 states within the USA, including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).

SAFETY & SUPPORT

Are your smart toys safe for children? Safety is our top priority. All Crisp Command products are rigorously tested to meet and exceed US CPSC safety standards. We provide specific age recommendations on every product page to ensure a safe and age-appropriate experience.

Do the toys require batteries or an app? Requirements vary by product. We clearly list if batteries are included or if a smartphone/tablet app is needed in the "Tech Specs" section of each product page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you and your little learner to be 100% satisfied. If a product doesn't spark a connection, we accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
